Blackberry Enterprise 5 problems?

Anyone use this BES 5? I'm trying to upgrade to it and find it incredibly buggy.. on first install, i was logged in to it's web interface (i always hate web and java interfaces) and it time's out, and i could never log back in.. said my AD login was incorrect (it wasn't). On second install, while trying to activate my phone, i removed my account, planning on just adding it back in, but it never was able to see my account again. Even after reboots, and other attempts i was unable to add it back. The most informative message i got was that the account already exists in the available users list (it didn't). So adding myself was impossible.. now I'm installing a third time. Needless to say, bad first impression. Is it just me?
