Exchange 2003 istallation

I am installing Exchange 2003 in a member server. DC is on another Server.

My question in

On which server should I run these both command b4 installation: Should the below commands should be executed in DC or member server?

setup.exe ForestPrep

setup.exe DomainPrep

The commands can be executed on the member server. Once they are executed, the Exchange installation will begin. Good luck.

If you are installing Exch 2003 you should be following the list, the tools should be run from the intended Exchange server.
