Exchange 2K3 P2V Experience

I've put up a blog entry about my recent experience doing a P2V on Exchange 2K3 server. It was a long planned out and anxiously executed operation that I am pleased to say went very well.

Anyone else out there running Exchange Server virtualized or gone through a conversion that would like to share experiences as well? It seems to be one of those apps that has not gotten a lot of general acceptance for being virtualized yet.
