We have a free tool for you. Exchange Mailbox Sizer allows you to view the size and structure of your Exchange data, easily seeing who the biggest offenders (in terms of mailbox size) are. Sliders then show the potential effect of archiving on this data.

Also, watch the video - we (mostly) wrote it in a rather "caffeinated" down tools week :-)
(I think between Nigel and I we got through about four packs of chocolate coated coffee beans!)
