Issues on Oracle RAC under AIX 5.3

Hi People!!,
I´m AIX Admin and I´m having a couple of issues with one LPAR, on that partion is running Oracle RAC version 11g, this DB have a lot of problem and DBA guy don´t have experience with Oracle.
Somebody have experience on that DB, I need help with a couple of issues.
