IT Service Company SLA/T&C ?
Hi
Does anyone have a boiler plate SLA and T&C for an IT service company ? We're trying to retain someone to help with on-site cover for our Irish operation, but none of the local companies seem to like formal contracts, and want an example of what they should be giving us. We won't sign a contract without some formal documentation.
