I've use a variety of tools over the course of the years. My current organization is a startup, I just signed up for office 365 and I will be getting Windows Intune as well. It come with Windows OS license with software assurance, antivirus and antispam protection, software deployment, etc. For larger companies, I definitely recommend the upcoming System Center 2012 suite of tools or Kasseya.
