IT Manager vacancy new company ... initial info

Like Rob B at the end of March, I would like to post a vacancy - this for an IT manager for a small Cambridge UK-based company (not mine). I think you're permitting posts like this but, if not, I can pull it immediately. I have little sense of the job market in this area at the moment, so any comments or even expressions of interest would be helpful.Should I post the outline spec when its written?
