How do you guys communicate what your / the IT dept. is up to? Do you have a page on your intranet which gives info on current projects? How about a little news section on the helpdesk? possibly even a blog or twitter account that broadcasts major outages or news? I'm starting to think that a lot of what goes on in an IT dept is seen as black magic and voodoo done behind closed doors away from the end users.
