Well, Zimbra does have full featured clients for Windows, Mac and Linux. It has a great web interface that works on all browsers. It has good UC features. It can be extended pretty good because it's open source. It's just not a good choice if you're not a Linux admin. However, I'm seriously considering spending a lot of money on Red Hat training to become proficient at it and maybe running a Zimbra farm.
